Schematic & Specifications
We schedule every showroom meeting and coordinate all selections with you, your builder, and architect.
We handle the scheduling and coordination of every showroom meeting, bringing together all the right people to make selections across every category. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Construction Documents
We produce a complete set of technical drawings so every trade on your project has exactly what they need.
We generate construction drawings for installation across all applicable areas of the project. These documents are used by your builder, contractor, and trades throughout the build.

Furniture & Window Specifications
We build design boards for every room so you can see the full picture before anything is ordered.
After furniture plans and layouts are approved, we create design boards for each room and resource fabrics for a client presentation. Once selections are approved, a complete furniture schedule is prepared with full specifications and pricing.

Purchasing & Tracking
We manage all purchasing and provide weekly updates from the moment an order is placed through delivery.
Once proposals are signed and funded, we begin purchasing and update the furniture schedule weekly so you always know where each item stands in the production process.

- Our warehouse partner receives, inspects, and documents every item ordered on your behalf

Installation
We coordinate and supervise every detail of installation day so your finished space looks exactly as designed.
Prior to installation, we require that all other trades are completed. We then coordinate all deliveries and supervise on-site to ensure everything is placed according to plan.
